The Celestial Room @ Joy of Yoga

About appointments…

I see death doula and mediumship clients at Joy of Yoga in Brentwood, Mo.

While my digs at Joy’s are delightful, I travel for my doula clients, too. I go wherever the dying and their loved ones are, e.g., homes, hospice centers, ERs, ICUs, and assisted living facilities. (I can also work via phone and FaceTime.) This is something I’m accustomed to and very comfortable doing, so if this need arises, let me know, and we will make it happen.

The Appointments page of my website explains all of this in more detail and is a great place to start if you are interested in meeting.

One of the reasons I’m here on this planet at this time is to expand human consciousness — one conversation, class, appointment, and blog post at a time — around dying, death, and the afterlife. So every time I see media coverage that amplifies these topics, I send a little “Yippeeee!” and some gratitude out into the Universe. Here are two recent stories that might interest you, too.

Those of you seeking practical advice on how to best prepare for the end of life — yours and/or your loved one’s — definitely read the NYT article. Lots of good info!

Peace + Balance in Chaos: It’s possible.

Doula client S.S. with her father

“Working with Amy truly empowered me in a way that is so incredibly invaluable. I cannot imagine going through this process without her by my side. She turned an extremely difficult and painful situation into my greatest honor — being able to care for my father, in such a way that gave him peace he needed on a soul level. Our work together allowed me to be a pillar for my father and my family while also prioritizing my own needs. It was a balance I had always desired throughout my life, but had never struck until then… in the chaos of my father’s dying process of all times.” — S.S., doula client

Are you curious about death doula services or what mediumship is all about? Want to better understand exactly what it is that I do and what you can expect to experience as a client?

Check out the Testimonials page of my website. These are real clients talking from their hearts. I’m so grateful to them for sharing their experiences, which will no doubt encourage others to explore dying, death, and the afterlife as well.

Of course, if you are interested in learning more, simply reach out. I love talking about my work specifically and also death doula-ing and mediumship in general.
